Our CompleteFit BootCamp class is designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements and core concepts of "Functional Exercise".  These types of exercises are full body and they illicit an increased positive response in your body! CrossFit has many different variations, just as yoga has different variations.  CrossFit doubles as a sport where athletes are competing in extreme fitness events, but there is also a holistic lifestyle brand of CrossFit that focuses on balance of healthy dietary habits, stress management, flexibility, mobility, proper form and safety. We don't put an emphasis on your scores like the competitive version and instead we focus on your personal development as an capable and healthy person.

Completion of this series is a requirement for all individuals prior to joining regular CrossFit classes. Get started training the right way with the BootCamp and we will graduate you into our CrossFit classes.
